My infuriating complex relationship with KD.

My head goes in circles when I hear these two letters: KD.

UMMMM my tummy is rumbling already and yet I need to think to myself (before I eat a whole box filled with cheesy goodness and butter with that awful hydrogenate oils in the cheese powder): Bad Anica, Bad.

Now I sit here with cheese (naturally made) and rice crackers trying to lose weight with an apple (usually).

But when I think of KD I think of the creamy texture. The stuff you can add to it: sour cream, bacon, ham, ketchup, more cheese, tomatoes, broccoli (oxy-moron). Just a few... tuna, chicken, lettuce? mayo?

I think of how GOOD it feels to eat it and then the guilt.

the smell of artificial joy.

It is worse with the Kraft Deluxe especially with the original and the four cheese varieties.

NO NO NOOOOOO!!!

Now my heart is racing, tummy protesting that it isn't fair.

How I love the taste and texture but I hate the fact that the pasta isn't probably what pasta SHOULD be made of.

I also think about the portion size and moderation but it is near impossible. One bite turns into two, turns in to a portion then two portions and suddenly the whole box is gone with the good intentions that went with it.

I will fill this blog with many dieting frustrations and maybe have support for people with the same predicament as myself.

Resistance is futile - my kids fight over the sauce packet - I fight with them.

So what if it's not really cheese? It's salty, sweet, yellow, and best of all, it's kreemy.

sigh. Just don't buy it. that is all ican say. despite its creamy deluxe allure. the scent and color of it. added garlic powder, etc.

Love your diet. I lost my wieght with Weight Watchers. Its not easy to keep choosing yourself. I am sooo off my diet right now, and longing for the days i was a bit hungry, and losing weight.

sigh. just be for yourself. and enjoy what you want. but watch your portions! LOL
